Kansas City Chiefs‏@kcchiefs4m
A lot of rookies and a few veterans out at practice this morning. Stanzi and Bray are the only QBs at practice.

Top 5 defense according to Chadia!

Mr. Arrowhead 07-25-2013 09:15 AM

RT @evansilva: Ricky Stanzi opened #Chiefs camp as 4th-string QB behind Alex Smith, Chase Daniel, and Tyler Bray

This city does not deserve hosting camp.

Hey Joe, me and my old lady are planning to come for the Sunday practice. Can you recommend some good grub for afterwards? I've been up there with my boys the last few years when they had night practices and we always went to Uncle D's for beer towers and bar food. The woman is pregnant with our first child though, so I can't really use beer towers as a selling point right now.

He was on with St. John this morning and said that the Chiefs were DEFINITELY a top 10 defense and probably a top 5.

Everyone (SSJ, Chadia, and Bukatey) was in agreement that it is going to be like night and day because of Alex Smith and Andy Reid and that we were all basically idiots for thinking that the 2-14 mess of the last 3 years doesn't matter.

D's has some good grub other than bar food and even though KC has them I'm partial to 54th Street Grill and Bar which has a great menu.

I'd normally suggest Hoof-N-Horn Steakhouse but they're closed on Sundays.

Other local possibilities

Mexican-Barbosa's
Variety-San Jose Steakhouse or The Ground Round

That's not really a strech. This is basically the same thing when Marty took over after the abortion that was 2 seasons under Frank "Crash" Ganz.

Feel like it was that way in year's past as well.

Very few local joints - more places like Applebee's, McDonald's and HyVee Salad Bar.

Gonna go to St Joe next week for one practice, and I'm hardly even looking forward to it. Not a huge fan if that city, anyway, and from all the negativity I read, it sounds like the fan experience sucks.
I know they'll never get back to River Falls, and probably just be at the complex during camp in a year or two... But damn I miss that trip.

This times eleventy billion - although I have no issues with St Joe as a city.

At some point, people will need to realize that unless they put away their hate and judge football results with an open mind? They are just wasting their time watching and posting on what they see.

Jeez man, it's ****ing football. Unless you have some actual tangible stake in the outcome, the whole point is to waste your time and hate the goddamn broncos for utterly arbitrary reasons.

As for me, I hate Alex Smith because he molests goats while fantasizing about Matt Cassel

So you're saying Bray, an undrafted rookie, if cut by the Chiefs, would be picked up off waivers by a team and added to their active roster?

Because they can't claim him off waivers to place him on their practice squad. He must clear waivers first.

No effing way that a team would do that. EVER.
