Wasted years? Seems like we have been kicking ass the last 4-5 years.

Not only would we have a constant reminder of the four, soon to be five, years wasted with him, we'd go from having a color guy/former QB who calls out Chiefs QBs mercilessly for checking down well short of the sticks on third down ... to having a color guy who is the perfect embodiment of that.

**** that.

Oh for ****'s sake.

Just demented.

Now you're begrudging him a commentator gig in retirement.

The Chiefs only curse is their reeruned entitled fanbase.

Here's hoping just for you that Andy figures how to work Tyreek into some defensive schemes, so there won't be a second of Chiefs play where you don't see him on the field.

Oh shit, you're one of those regular season doesn't count go 0-16 and kill it in the playoffs type guys. I got you now.

If by kicking ass, you mean winning a bunch of regular season games with no realistic shot of winning the conference playoff, sure.

Been there. Done that. The 90s were cool, but I'm over being excited by regular season wins.

I'm sure Alex would be a fine commentator,
If that's what he wants to do. I'm not excited about the idea of him doing it for this team.

I'd love for that piece of human excrement Hill to be worked into some defensive schemes. Increases the odds of him suffering that career-ended I'm rooting for.

This sit him 2 years stuff is bullshit. You have no idea how he will progress. There are many recent examples of QBs excelling early. I'll wager whatever Alex isn't a Chief in the 18-19 season. It's going to be one year tops.

This fan base has become way delusional. People acting like we have been blown out in the playoffs... Do the morons even realize only a handful of teams have been consistent winners like we have across the last 4 seasons? ( GB, Seattle, New England, maybe Pitt). Health has been a major issue for us going into January

milkman 05-20-2017 09:03 AM

This argument over 1 vs. 2 years is pretty stupid.

Who cares?

The Chiefs finally made the investment.

Just get it right.

No but compared to luck, Newton, Winston, and many others the kid has been referred to as a 'project' and any Reid has said 'the kid has a lot of work to do'.

This is Andy's last run for the SB, if health wasn't an issue the past two years it could have easily swung the pendulum in our favor. We got very little production out of maclin, poe, Houston, tamba, Charles, plus DJ got injured. Literally, the core of the team has been missing and the young guys have had to take over. Yet we have been right in the mix of things

People forget we beat Atlanta in their stadium with our starters on snap counts???

I didn't forget. 55 yard fake punt TD run. 37 yard int return for a TD. 100 yard 2 point interception for lead late after going down by 1.

All Alex does is win!

Between that, the Denver game, and the Carolina game, the Chiefs smelt like a 9-7 team masquerading as a division winner.

And it proved true in the playoffs.

Your selective memory forget the comeback wins against SD and Denver?

I feel sorry you are really that stupid

You hillbillies are embarrassing to your ilk
