This doesn’t have shit to do with Watkins. You don’t sign a WR into this offense for 4 games + playoffs if you think he’s gonna start or some shit. He won’t even have the offense down.

This guy is literally here to catch a few fade passes in the end zone. That’s it.

I hope this isn't a sign that Watkins is more seriously injured than we first believed. We could really use him back on the field ASAP.

I bet they have him run a fade or slant on Sunday inside the 5 for a TD. That’s how simple of a transition this is. They aren’t going to ask him to learn this offense that thoroughly in a month.

I’d like to see some drag routes giving Mahomes a big target in the middle of the field at all times.
