Just got done watching some highlights of Burns and one was his top 5 highlights of I think last year. 100% am against trading a first and giving him a big contract. The guy is fast sure, but he is not beating OL and 4 of his 5 sacks he wasn't even touched. I watched a couple more videos and most of his highlights seem to be missed assignments. No thank you.

I mean, if the Chiefs somehow got Burns you’re looking at a guy who would literally take the defense to a whole other level. Burns, Karlaftis, Dunlap & Clark is a pretty outstanding group of edge rushers. Combined with Jones, Saunders and Nnadi inside, that’s a legit championship caliber defensive line.
It would probably take a 1st and more, so I just can’t see how it happens. If the Chiefs think they’re one elite pass rusher away from a Super Bowl, they might do it. This is the kind of guy who’s actually worth trading a 1st rounder for. This Bills game will be a great measuring stick to see where we’re really at on defense. |

Exactly. This game means nothing in evaluating the defense - half of it is out.
And Burns - Jones - Saunders - Karlaftis is still the 3rd best DL in the AFCW. Get Moore. Steer into the skid and out score 'em. |
