LMAO

Isn't that the way to do it? Hate to think we were penny pinching during our quest for a threepeat!!!!

I haven't looked at the depth chart but we've gotta be getting really thin at DB right??

Kyle Long indicating that Chiefs are trying to trade for Cam Robinson. Left tackle for Jacksonville. https://x.com/ky1elong/status/1851331011088630014?s=46

He’s a free agent after this year so I wonder if this would mean a long term deal comes with the trade.

O.city 10-29-2024 01:21 PM

Is he any good?

Unless he's elite Veach doesn't sign older players to high end market resetting longterm deals

PFF had him in the offseason as the 28th best tackle.

Not sure how that breaks down between LT and RT.

Damn

Veach really wants that threepeat

Not sure how that deal gets made unless Jacksonville eats a TON of cash.

He's still owed over $9M for the rest of the season.

It would be interesting. Now that I think about it maybe it would just turn out to be a rental.

I’m gonna say he’s probably firmly in the OBJ tier.

Sassy Squatch 10-29-2024 01:37 PM

We'd probably have to send them our third to make it worth their while if they have to eat that much money.

That and I do think it probably turns out to be a rental. I just don’t know that they’d commit big money to a guy who hasn’t played there when they have a young developmental talent in Suamataia.

pugsnotdrugs19 10-29-2024 01:39 PM

But I’ll be the first to say I’m completely fine giving up our 3rd for even just 14 or so games with Robinson. The LT spot is the only thing that might stop us as is.

Send them Morris and a 2026 pick.

He's in the last year of his deal, so yes.
