You've gotta be ****ing kidding me.

If they both win this weekend, the Bills would be a game up, but a Bengals win would give them the 2 seed via head to head. |

What scenario on this Sunday's results make Bengals not have something to play for if the suspended game is played? Even if Bengals lost to Ravens, Bengals win AFC North by beating Bills. Every other scenario would be for higher seed between Bills and Bengals. |

So yeah, extremely happy I've never had to put the training to use. |

There is no other solution. You can't delay two games. And you can't hold up the rest of the league for Buffalo forever. If you are the NFL it is very simple: "We'll see your asses on that field Sunday or else you're getting a loss." |

Why would this even be a consideration if the Bills want to play.
How long are we going to pretend that at least some members of the Bills don't want to play? |

I did not see this posted but the Chiefs seeding may be determined by ping-pong balls (ala draft lottery).
https://www.kansascity.com/sports/sp...270736082.html Chiefs would get HFA if the league draws a 3, 6, or 13 (weeks KC lost). |

Can the league coddle the soft ass Bills any more?? This is getting pathetic. |

Pick a random game and it doesn't count? So 13 chances a win doesn't count and 3 a loss doesn't count. The Bills had a 60 percent chance to lose when the game was stopped.
In what world is THIS fair ROFL no wonder Bills fans SUPPORT these ideas. |
We should move the playoffs back 2 weeks so the Bills can play the Patriots and Bengals later!
|
If the Bills say they don't want to play this Sunday then that's fine.
But they need to understand by doing so that they're voluntarily forfeiting any possibility at the one seed. |
In that scenario, odds are the Chiefs don't get the #1 seed.
I'd say the odds of the the Bengals winning the other night were pretty good. That would suck, but someone is getting ****ed here either way. I kinda think you guys are fooling yourselves if you think they're just gonna give the Chiefs the #1 seed with a "no contest" and be done with it. |

Buffalo still hasn’t practiced. They spent yesterday in team meetings to go over trauma and resolutions. |

What if Hamlin's condition is exactly what it is today in two weeks when the playoffs begin. Are the Bills not going to play a playoff game? I mean come on now. There is no reason that the Week 18 games can't be played. If Buffalo doesn't want to play they can forfeit, and it won't really hurt their playoff seeding. But to pause the entire league because something happened on the field of play is odd. I don't have a problem with how things went down on Monday night, but you can't let any incident halt the season, let alone the playoffs. |

This entire situation is just too much for them to endure. I mean, who can focus on playoffs with this looming over them. This sort of trauma doesn't just go away in a week. It's the right thing to do. For the players. |

Typical leave for a death of a family member in the US us only 3 days yet we're supposed to just shut up and support the Bills not wanting to go to work? And that's an immediate family member and actually dying. Most don't get anything for aunts uncles cousins...etc and are expected to show up to work.
So no I don't have sympathy for the legions of crying Bills fans on twatter |
Quote:
If this had happened in practice how would the scenario play out? The Bills players would be just a traumatized. Hamlin holding on for life is just as tragic. Would the NFL even consider moving schedules around? |

It looks like Buffalo is not too depressed to continue with the business of cutting players…

What ever happened to getting back to work to take you mind off things? I'd be going batshit crazy sitting at home like they are. That's only going to make things 10000 times worse. |
Bills fans are pure trash for wanting their team to carry on the remainder of the season.
They even have a thread on their trash forum discussing the #1 Seed. How can those trashy fans even THINK about playoff seeding with what their players are enduring right now? |

Who would have thought that the players on a team located in a city where the fans jump off of buses to break tables and throw dildos on the field would be too soft to play a football game 6 days after one of their teammates gets injured?

If you read the whole PFT article they said they have had no discussions about it. I would think that setting the game time means they are going to play.

I understand and was in agreement with them stopping play on Monday. But it’s going to be Thursday in less than 8 hours. If they want to win a Super Bowl then it’s time to get back to practice and move on. I also want the league to just call the game a no contest and move on. Just rip the bandaid off. KC gets 1 seed. Bills get 2 seed. Cinci gets 3 seed. (assuming all win) |

Did you really expect the head of the NFLPA to box the Bills into a corner? ****ing clown. "Troy Vincent did not rule out the possibility of postponing the game. Just says that conversation has not come up yet. If they feel they have to do that for the players' and coaches' well being, they'll then address it," NFL Network's Mike Garafolo tweeted. |

You're all wrong.
Bills just need to forfeit the playoffs. Just go home. Hand the division to Miami or NE. This is clearly too traumatic to deal with. The trauma they experienced doesn't just heal in a matter of days or weeks. Any of you Bills fan ****s who are still thinking about playoffs at all, let alone seeding, you're ****ing scum bags. |
