We are discussing him.

I'm just giving you my reasons as to why i have my doubts for THIS season. Ya'll are acting like im just making shit up.

I don't believe he's ever been tried at TE.

Yes he has. They tinkered with it his rookie year. I'm 98% sure about that. I remember being surprised last season when he went back to full time WR.

He took reps in camp year one but was still bouncing between being a wr and te. Then he stayed at wr last year before making a real change to te this offseason and really buckled down, put on weight, stayed glued to the te room and learned the position properly as Nate Taylor recently wrote about. Now he's going from strength to strength in camp and in the games and can only get better.

Alright, I've kept quiet until now. You don't understand where explosion comes from. It isn't from muscle, which is one reason why you can't drastically increase your vertical by adding muscle. Another is that added muscle is added weight.

Or have you never seen a 15 year old kid with calves like golf clubs jumping 35 inches?

Says the guy that was literally bitching about my opinion, when no one was even talking to your stupid bundle of sticks ass.

For me it usually comes from Taco Bell.

Right about now, Detoxing is searching google for the evidence that I'm wrong, and is instead learning about Achilles tendon length and tension.

I'm guessing quick-twitch muscle fiber is a factor, as well as round, well-defined, supple buttocks.

ETA: Supplebuttocks is where Robert E. Lee surrendered, ending the Civil War.

Actually no, i was going to expand on the argument you presented, which is no shit. Again, you can see that play out in football, hence WR's having significantly better verts than say RB's. See my post about body types aiding certain position groups, such as my description of a WR's legs vs RB's.

Or better yet, Olympic vaulters.

However, i couldn't get my shitty "levers" analogy to work before being interrupted with actual work so i scrapped it, considering we're pretty much on the same page anyway.

But you had to be a smart ass about it....so i guess i needed to finally respond.
