They don't need to list that scenario. The chiefs would have both the bye and HFA.

You guys are literally wanting to be mad at something.

Good Lord, you stupid ****. THINK. In that scenario, there's no possible way for the Bills to be the 1 seed, even if they played 17 games. So the resolution above doesn't apply and we're the 1 seed.

If those situations do not arise, the AFCCG is NOT played at a neutral site.

It won’t be if chiefs win. Bengals need a chiefs L and they Win for that

The fair solution is to give Buffalo a loss/forfeit from the game and Cincy the win.

That eliminates the need for this neutral location AFC Championship Game bullshit.

if the participating teams played an unequal number of games and both could have been the number one seed

I have to see it in writing.

I don't think that one has to be listed because it makes KC the one seed automatically.

They'll flip a coin to potentially take away home field from a division champion at the benefit of a divisional rival whom was swept by the division champion.

LMAO

Yep. Chiefs get the shaft in that scenario.

It’s the CP Way.

Neutral site game for AFC title game is better than some of the bullshit the media has been floating over the last 36 hours.

KC needs to take care of business against the Raiders. This forces Buffalo & Cincy to likely play each other in a #2 vs. #3 Playoff game. I want to see Buffalo & Cincy play each other. Mother Nature delivered a flukey medical event on Monday which prevented us from seeing the full game between those 2 teams.
