Definitely think he has lost a step from 5-6 years ago. Still very, very fast and a hell of a difficult guy to tackle.

When he caught his own pass I thought he was gone but got caught from behind , he was not trying to run through tackles either like I said before he is much easier to defend than Allen because he can’t throw outside the numbers or deep as weep

Skeptical we see any of these Ravens fans today....

I have to agree as well. I kept thinking Lamar would break a huge one, but he didn’t. Thought it was strange, but didn’t see it like Mitch did. That’s a good perspective.

Also, did anyone else catch Aaron Schatz complaining midway through the first half about why the Chiefs don't play like this all the time, and save it for the playoffs?

Somebody is sad his system's flaws were shown so clearly.

Who was that one Baltimore reporter that despised all things KC after the Royals swept his Orioles in the post season in 2014 (I believe)?

Yeah, it's a pretty basic thing.

The Chiefs get everyone's best shot every week. They're on TV all the time. This year they dealt with the weird rest deficit stuff.

And Reid has a history of saving some things for the playoffs, as does Mahomes.

Playoff experience matters. The Chiefs have been in so many big games that they know what it takes to win. The pressure is not on them in each and every playoff game like it is for so many other teams/players/coaches.

Like all other franchises who's skulls now rest clean and comfortable in Mahomes trophy case, eventually, you will kneel.

Yeah. Nah. There's always that one exception to a rule.

Burrow got him when Pat shit himself. That won't happen again. Good luck bud, maybe one day you can have some success.

Lets not forget that Sneed ran virtually the same 40 time as Jackson.

No.

I was going to argue this point but on the Twitter link someone posted some raw Next Gen stats showing Lamar’s averaged speed and number of plays at top speed dwindling over the last few years.

So there’s not much to argue, I suppose. He may have lost a step, though I don’t think it’s much if so. Sneed is pretty fast himself and he had a good angle. I don’t think anyone in the league outside of Hill, Mostert or Achane outrun Sneed in that situation.

O.city 01-29-2024 09:10 AM

The hits and injuries just take a toll.

You can't run at QB in the NFL like he (or Allen) do and survive. It just won't last.

Wasn't that LaCanfora? Dude has had a grudge against us for years.

I noticed it last year as he looked alot thicker in his legs. He is not anywhere close to the same runner as he was in his first few years.

That would be Jason LaConfora.

Who saw the Kansas City Royals spoil the best chance his Baltimore Orioles had to win a World Series, and now is watching the Chiefs ring-block his Baltimore Ravens.

I'm sure he's salty today.

Baltimore Sun aced it on photos.
