Mahomes was easily the best player on the field in Super Bowl LV and yet there wasn't a damn thing he could have done to have won that game.
Same goes for LeBron against the KD Warriors in either of those 2 Finals. Neither should be penalized for that if you're engaging in GOAT discussions. |
You play both sides and impact the game way more as an individual player in basketball. How can this even be your argument?!?!

KD clearly outplayed Lebron in those 2 finals, better team or not. |

We all watched. We all saw KD drain a 3 right in front of Lebron's face, and then Lebron ran away the next year when he did it again to avoid the embarrassment. |

What are you even arguing here? |

Is nuance really this difficult for you? Or is this just bad faith? |
FYI, LeBron also averaged 34-9-10 on 52% shooting in that 2018 Finals despite getting doubled on every possession. Durant was 29-11-7 on 52% shooting despite getting single coverage and a ridiculous amount of space due to playing with a top 15 player of all time in Curry.
Outplayed? LMAO |

KD was the best player on the court in both Finals. Is it your postion that Lebron couldn't possibly be the best player on the floor if he also has a better team? Of course it's not, you're just a disingenuous ****ing cock sucker. |

This is what I mean. Titles don't matter. Stats and longevity though? Well of course they're the be all end all! So convenient. |

KD certainly did a good job of joining up with a 73 win team and winning 2 fraudulent titles, but that doesn't make him a better player than LeBron at any point in his career. |
