Can we take a vote on the coaches draft thing? I just think it is unnecessary and might gain votes for whoever has the top picks and get Belichick, Tomlin, etc. which is completely unfair because that's just not how the NFL works. There isn't a draft in the NFL for coaches, so why should we have one.

My vote is to play this thing with imaginary coaches. You choose your scheme/players, etc. So, basically each owner is the coach/GM.

I can't remember who was interested, but I'm fine without it for the reasons you mention. I'm one of those owners who's going to completely override my coach's decisions and philosophy.
