I don't know how JoePa isn't being charged with perjury like the other two guys. I can only assume that he didn't testify to the "Mike McQueary didn't tell me he saw Sandusky actually having sex with a boy" story he told in his public statement, and that's why he's not being charged.

But that would mean he said one thing to the grand jury and is saying something else in public. Which would be so monumentally stupid that it would defy all logic. And it'll force the DA to expose him as a liar if they plan on bringing the perjury charges against the other two.

I look for charges to eventually be filled against Joe, McQueary, & a janitor
Defiantly McQueary, & the janitor. They both watched a child be raped & did nothing. That is a felony in all 50 states.

On this issue anyone who would have taken the 30 seconds to call Child Protective Services would definitely be acting as a "better person."

It is sad that this will tarnish his image, but there are certain acts or in this case lack of action that tend to taint the perception people have of you more than others. Perpetuating the access of a molester to kids on the campus where no one farts without your permission is one of those acts.
