Not more than Smith, but I wouldn't mind if the Chiefs took him.

This is the point I'm at too

I didn't like Barkley's decision making on the Trojans last scoring drive.
He got bailed by a couple of tickytack PI calls.

And that 4th and 5 with any chance to comeback hanging on a play, he never looks off his primary read with a week in the pocket.

Barkley is NOT the answer

Yep. He's got distance. I still don't see him "firing bullets" but there are plenty of great QBs who don't have that kind of arm.

When they showed the play from behind it looked to be a one read throw. Curls across the board with no one open

He's got just as much arm as a Matt Ryan. It's no stafford but not many guys have that. Bray maybe

Not to the WR though.

Perfect example. Bowe was wide open down the field by about 20 yards. Cassel throws a hirrible pass, and bowe has to come back and adjust, although it's completed and a great catch by Bowe, it shouldve been an easy TD.

Great Expectations 11-03-2012 08:43 PM

Barkley's reads are weak. The talented WR's mask that some. Austin probably does the same for Smith.

AussieChiefsFan 11-03-2012 08:48 PM

Barkley finishes 35 for 54, 489 yards with 5 TDs and 2 INTs

Mr. Laz 11-03-2012 08:48 PM

he showed some spunk anyway.
