You can run different variations of it and customize it the way you want. Some coaches emphasize the run more and short to immediate passes (Jon Gruden). Some emphasize the pass more (Reid) with a little more down the field. The point is though that the terminology is mostly the same in all forms of the WCO. It has evolved over the years.

That's what I've seen reported in multiple places. The OC would coordinate (much like he did with Chilly & Morninwig) and Reid would call the offense.

I'd be surprised if he turned over the play calling but hey, whatever. Reid has a long leash, IMO.

I don't care about the OC as much as the DC. Reid can handle the offense, he needs someone who can be trusted with a defense.

I actually don't mind this too much. We could have done a lot worse than Thomas and Gibbs.

It could have been one of our offensive coaches.

Ya those were the only 2. I do believe Zorn is ok he just had shit to work with for QBs.

@ChiefsInsider reporting that Brad Childress is a strong contender for OC. Final 3 appear to be Pederson, Shurmur and Chilly.

Ya they showed clips of training camp when they were doing screens with JC and im like damn cant wait. Did they do any screens with him all year?
