These have probably already been mentioned, but I'm looking through the "cuts" line so far (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap100...l-32-nfl-teams), and these are the most interesting outside the Chiefs.

LB Brian Banks by the Falcons ends the feel-good story.
S Charles Mitchell by the Falcons. I thought he was promising.
QB Jimmy Clausen is available! (Panthers)
FB John Conner (Bengals) who was once the Next Big Thing
S Amari Spievey (Lions). Maybe I just find his name intriguing.
QB Vince Young (Packers)
CB Marcus Trufant (Jaguars) That seems like a fast fall.

VY getting cut is pretty shocking, considering they just released Harrell not too long ago.

Not if you saw the same VY that Mike McCarthy had to see in the Chiefs game. He was horrid. and the fumbles are what killed him.....

They were destroying him on the radio here yesterday. It was pretty brutal.

Just so you aren't confusing the two. His brother was just drafted this year by the falcons in the first round.

Trufant has pretty much been irrelevant for a couple years now.

doubt it. He signed a 3yr contract that has nearly $4 million guaranteed (a $3 million signing bonus and his first yr base salary).

Chiefs only have ~ $1 million in cap room currently, and dont have the room to absorb the cap hit from cutting him.
