I'm probably one of the fittest individuals on this forum. Deal with it.

Really something to brag about.

How do you find time to lift doing four sets of pushups each day?

Quickie update. Down from 225 to 198 in 8 weeks. Haven't noticed any strength loss yet. Keto kicks ass especially on trt. I'm excited to see what happens when I begin introducing carbs again in April and my muscles fill back up. Might throw in a little OTC steroid for good measure :)

25 pushups is pussy shit.

That is awesome. What is an example of a meal plan for a day.

Acting like 100 pushups a day is something noteworthy causes me to question your cred.

I think anyone who did 100 pushups a day would be pleased with the results. Of course it's not a replacement for a regular, full workout. But it's certainly a nice add on.

I'm not saying it'sa bad thing to do. I'm just saying it's a curious thing to brag about among this company.

It is not an add on. If you are already as fit as you say 4x25 pushups is nothing.

It is a little easy. Maybe I need to go 200.

ThaVirus 03-02-2014 07:08 PM

Herschel Walker it up and go 1,500.
