So sorry Donger you never will quit missing him but with time the pain of the loss wont be so unbearable. I look at it as he now is visiting with family and friends who passed before him and preparing for they day you all will be back together. RIP Senior Donger prayers to the Donger family and wishes the pain of your loss is not to heavy.

Remember to not be afraid to talk to anybody once life starts to go back to normal. I've found that once you get back into your old routine is the time it can hit the hardest.

I am so very, very sorry for your loss. Your dad sounds like a truly wonderful man and father, and your and your family should have had many more years with him. My deepest condolences.

Thanks everyone. It's cool and rainy here today. Almost seems apropos. But life goes on and so will my family. I can still hear him saying, "Right! Enough of this laying around nonsense!" Damn right, Dad.
