You can't. And that's the point I'm trying to get across to you. You have to be a tough, cutthroat sonofoabitch at ALL levels in this league to REALLY succeed. I'm not trying to tell you that it's 100% right in correlation to how we live our own lives as fans, I'm just telling you what it is.

The Chiefs don’t need to splurge on big names for talent anymore. You can let Houston walk and sign guys who fit this defense and are coachable.

Just like the Patriots have done with Belichick.

This, this, this, and MOAR THIS. I mean goddamnit; BB has been writing the book on this shit for DECADES and hardly no one wanted to read it. Well, the guys who are running this team( ownership/HC )finally ****ing DID, and now we're gonna' launch like an ether-based cocaine rocket to the next and final frontier! :D

This is the greatest news we've had since acquiring Mahomes even if some fans don't understand why just yet. I mean, I had to compose myself for a minute and keep from reaching for the Kleenex because I KNOW what this means!

Just unbelievable. If you aren't JACKED about this team and franchise right now, you aren't pumping blood.

Another bonus: having Daly and House simultaneously sets a NICE competitive environment and scenario for the DC job one Spags decides to step down.

GREAT job, Chiefs. Nothing but respect to you.

If House can turn Hitchens and Ragland into actual linebackers then we already just got two huge FA additions!

I think Hitchens will improve. Ragland is damaged goods and broke beyond any fixing.

The only one left standing is Al Harris right? Does he survive though?

Whether or not we accomplish it, I respect this immensely if it is true. I'm sick and tired of "nice Chiefs", and I hope Clark is too.

no more "nice chiefs"?

they just paid the buyout. they didnt do anything else...

The Franchise 02-12-2019 09:35 AM

**** yeah. This defensive staff is shaping up to be a strength now.

VAGOMO 4 LIFE! 02-12-2019 09:36 AM

Bucs released Vinny Curry. Could he be a thought or would Speaks fit right in. Speaking of DE. Do we have a DE coach or is that part of the D Line coaches job

well that could be somewhat true.

the prior reports were saying that house and uk were going to NEGOTIATE a buyout, which sounds as though they (or house) didnt want to pay the full amount that was already written into his UK contract

It's the principle. And the principle has clearly changed. Don't worry; MUCH more to come!

He won't be the DL coach since they hired Daly for that job.

I do think speaks will fit this defense really well. I think the saves some hope for Tanoh also. Taking guys back to their natural positions and body types. Need to let them regain the weight they were asked to lose.

God bless Kansas City Chiefs football.
