I didn’t say that the texts verify her claims, just that the reasoning doesn’t fall in line with your suggestion of what they are. It will be interesting to see anything Brown May leak. But, the texts as they are in conjunction with the polygraph results from someone who headed that up for the FBI certainly don’t look good at this time

Diversity jurisdiction, meaning it's a civil suit involving entities residing in different states with funds at issue in excess of the statutory amount for federal jurisdiction to vest [$75K] - See para11.
