Also this team will take an end somewhere, odds our we lose Dorsey or Jackson after the season.
|
I think Jackson will for sure be around as he restructured, but Dorsey is likely gone.
Derek Wolfe in the third makes sense to me. |
fleener is a silly name imo

Mort sounds like an ultra-wound up cokehead, spitting out words faster than his brain is actually processing them.... his eyes are spinning pinwheels.

****....now I have to watch Ingram rape us two games a year.
|
Well at least the Raiders and Donkies made zero picks in the first round and the Chargers only had 1.
I'm thankful the Donkies didn't draft any of the 3 RB's that were taken tonight. |
We can draft Silatolu to pair with Poe. The theme of our 2012 draft will be drafting players who have no ****ing clue how to play football

You know your GM better than I do, but I got this from someone I trust. Anyway, I am glad that the Bucs got who they wanted. |

Hunt must sacrifice 10 goats every night to his deities thanking them that he plays in the AFC West where his fan base is like a battered wife. He can make any move and within 24 hours most of the fans accept it and start arguing in favor of it.
Imagine for one second he was in the NFC East where he had to compete against a team like the Giants (that know what they are doing) and owners like Jones and Snyder who are actually proactive. They don't always get it done, but at least they try. 3 out 4 NFC East teams moved up to grab the player (who actually played well in college, imagine that) they wanted. Clark points to a shiny object and KC fans get ecstatic - "Well golly gee, it IS shiny and purty. Why were we mad about being one of the worst franchises in the NFL when we have such a shiny coin to stare at?" |
There's no party
Like a Direckshun draft party Because a Direckshun draft party Is researched. http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/pictu...pictureid=1128 That's the draft order with sticky notes on the left hand side, so I could move teams around based on trades. The Chiefs are the red sticky, there. The right hand side is potential first round selections, divided by position. (The only player I didn't have on the board was AJ Jenkins.) Any time a player was selected, I removed them from the board and stuck them to the team that selected them. This picture was before Luck was selected. There's even a small chart at the bottom denoting for anybody at the party what the difference between a 3-4 and a 4-3 is. You may now all worship my nerd-dom. :D |
Jason La Canfora @JasonLaCanfora
CB Janoris Jenkins is very hot right now. Several teams looking to trade up for him, which could lead to team like BAL dropping down again |

For purely juvenile reasons, I hope we draft Tim Fugger on Saturday.

At this time, St. Louis does not intend to trade the first pick in the second round and plans to use it instead. #Ramsontheclock |

Yeah, there are character issues and then there are character issues.

I'd def. draft Jenkins in the 2nd round though. I think Upshaw is overrated.
|
Probably doesn't mean anything but it just dawned on me again that we have Will Shields announcing our 2nd round pick. Wouldn't him announcing another OG be fitting?
I have been leaning OG all day but I'm starting to feel CB Trumaine Johnson from Montana as the pick. http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-combin...umaine-Johnson |

/AP Thank god Zeitler was taken in the 1st. When AP locks onto a prospect, they run the hell away with it. Wears me down. They've been losing their shit all draft season over a fullback, for god's sakes. |

On the other hand, the kid is the most talented (yes, even more than Claiborne & Kirkpatrick) CB in the draft. In college he completely shut down BOTH AJ Green and Julio Jones. |
Jason La Canfora @JasonLaCanfora
Hearing the Giants and Bills among teams exploring trading up, with OL in mind. Some tackles out there they like |
I'm all for WRs, RBs, and OTs going early and often in the 2nd round.

OG or CB is my feeling!

**** it.....take Osweiler in the 2nd.

I was surprised by Poe.
Jesus. 2009: drafts high character Tyson Jackson out of nowhere, based on positional value 2010: drafts high character Eric Berry, ignoring positional value 2011: drafts questionable character Johnathan Baldwin 2012: drafts Dontari Poe, based entirely on measurables |

He judges each prospect completely on their own terms. It is such an astonishing way of drafting because it requires so much effort. He doesn't just set up a system and select players that fit it. He dives into each and every prospect and individually judges them on their own terms. That's a hell of a wow. |
Hill? Quick?
