Added another shit pitcher.

And this leads to the question once again, why did they not do this for Hearn and get a different player for Lopez, it just makes no sense.

Also Piccollo's obsession with shitty 4 A relievers is getting laughable.

Davidson has a 60 slider. Keep churning that back end

If you squint, you can see how these pieces can really come together to improve the team to a 95-100 loss record next season.

I don't understand why they wouldn't move Perez, by the time they're good he'll be completely useless.

One of many risks with taking a "Projectable" high school pitcher early.

Sometimes they DON'T add fastball velocity as they get older and stronger.

I am not surprised they are reluctant. Is he not literally every fan's favorite royal? Is he not the George Brett of two otherwise lost decades? And do they not want a new stadium and taxpayer subsidies that count on the votes of local fans?

No one is going to games, no one gives a rats ass who is the favorite when the team is pure liquid dog ass.

It would be a bit of a gut punch because I wanted Salvy to spend his whole career with the Royals, but from a baseball standpoint you have to take a realistic viewpoint. My only concern is that the track record suggests we wouldn't exactly get an exciting package back for him.

If you could legit take his money and go sign a solid starting pitcher that would improve the team.

The Royals wouldn't even trade Merrifield when he was the hottest name in the sport with a few years of control on a dog shit team. You think they are going to trade Perez? He's the only thing selling tickets.
