True...and this mess also goes back to that Colts game. Bad loss opened the door for the flukey mess we are seeing right now.

What about that situation and the back and forth between those coaches made you think it was anything but defaulting to whatever the Bills wanted and needed at that time.

This just seems like a different way of saying the same thing (that the Bills collectively decided not to play a game that night).

It's also fairly obvious that it was the Bills decision not to continue the game this week (if it wasn't made obvious from Burrow/others saying the ball was effectively in their court and that they would do what they wanted to do).

Why should the Chiefs, and their fans, be punished for these two teams choosing to not continue this game? I understand that's not the verbiage the NFL is using here, but that's what happened. The Bills and the Bengals mutually forfeited the game.

If the NFL is going to do this BS, KC should receive a Super Bowl as compensation.

Better get that rolling roof on the ballot.

Rapoport thinks Nashville is the site for the neutral AFC Championship.

Why? Because of "potential competitive inequities" as Goodell put it in his bullshit memo. Would have been nice for him to spell out exactly what those were, that would have been interesting to see.

But there's no part of me that thinks if you pause the world at 7-3 when that tackle is made and unpause right now that we're in a worse position than we were in then.

The league needs to have some set rule for this going forward. This just make shit up as you go doesn’t go well for me. Sorry I guess.

If it’s us vs. Cincy or Bills in the AFCCG it’s a neutral site. Otherwise it’s at Arrowhead.

It is ok to be wrong sometimes man. The coach said it himself continuing the game never even crossed his mind.

Hopefully we beat the Raiders and the Bills lose to the Pats and this can all be avoided — unless the NFL decides that they want to change the rules again.

It was the only way they could break up the Arrowhead Invitational.

For some reason, KC fans have taken over that stadium the last few times we’ve played there. I went there in 2019 and it was easily over half Chiefs fans. But Tennessee will be in the playoffs if they win this weekend, so that’s probably not an option if they get in.
