A good example would be if we didn’t have Butker and our kicker situation was sketchy at best, so they bring in a kicker who they never use for XPs or FGs. Instead they have Justin Reid doing it because he’s serviceable doing it. |

Now it's the playoffs and you have Matthew wright who has been adequate enough. Now also imagine it's a position that requires a good amount of chemistry, timing and recovery. We don't really know what we have. It's possible he's just terrible. It's also possible the timing never worked out with getting him recovery and live reps and Reid is gunshy to experiment on the biggest of stages. Again I do think that formula changes given that thuney may have regressed to the mean and that buffalos strength is in the interior. |

Its not Thuney Im worried about its Caliendo vs. Ed Oliver.
Thuney himself said that Oliver is strong and relentless, nows all the tricks too. He said its a battle for the entire 60 minutes. Thats coming from one of the best Guards in the league. Now put Caliendo in front of Oliver... Im wondering if Andy wants to surprise Buffalo and not say who the LT will be. If Von has been watching tape of Thuney all week and the lines up against DJ, thats advanatge Chiefs. |
Reid said they rotated at LT this week so we could see Humphries too

Remember when you dopes were saying the same BS about Allegretti last January LMAO Chiefs will be fine with the current lineup. |

On a different note - what the hell is the plan to actually upgrade left tackle this offseason? Because it doesn't seem like Robinson is gonna be the guy to go after either.
And Pat needs an s-tier consistent pro bowl type LT for the next 10. And he's not on the roster right now |
