The only think Trent Green and Alice have in common are that they are right handed white guys.

Dude, Smith is light years ahead of what Bono was.

Bono was hot garbage.

Seeing it in person, Smith's biggest problem is he is way too ****ing smart. Seriousally he is just too smart of a person to be a NFL QB. I say that because it effects his game. He just overthinks all the plays too much, it really effects his decision making in the passing game. Other than not having a rocket arm, he is physically fine in a quarterback - its just his risk aversion that makes him about #20 best quarterback instead of a top 10 one.

Don't agree with the first part of this, but the second paragraph, is on point. I have said for YEARS that he is just too smart. That's why he can mentor, and he will make a hell of a coach, but he thinks far too much to just see it, and rip it.

So you have no clue what you are looking at then.

You have lost your ass no matter how you look at it.

Stupid ****ing comment. Beyond stupid.

Really, wow man great retort. Just like the Cassel argument naturally.

BigMeatballDave 09-15-2013 07:06 PM

DeBerg wishes he could have ran like Smith does.

Look you are the one who said Smith's ceiling was Bono, dont deflect.

You are a ****ing mouth drooling idiot at this point when it comes to QB play.

This place is chock full of idiots and you couldn't get 3 people to agree with that statement.

Sweet Daddy Hate 09-15-2013 07:10 PM

I don't know how much I can agree with a DeBerg comparison. I just don't see it.

Looked to me 90% of the time the ball was perfect.

Romo is the gunslinger version of Alex Smith. Both can get you wins but won't get the big ones. Same type of quarterback, just different styles of play.

Romo is so unclutch. I just cant agree with that at all.

Alex Smith is extremely clutch.

I can't think of two more different players at the same position.

I agree with their styles but at the end of the day, same result with heartache for both teams. Romo bonehead and Alex's risk aversion will **** both teams. Its why neither one are top 10 qbs, which they both have the talent and skill set to be.

I guess. Maybe......

But if you ask me, your chance at ultimate success, lies with Alex Smith.

If you had to choose between the two that is. Not that either will. But I would trust alex smith in a big game way before I ever would Tony Romo.
