The point is the Dolphins felt they could no longer deal with Jay Ajayi because he was a supposed team cancer and traded him away to the Eagles who promptly went on to win a Super Bowl with him.

As Sean McVay said, team culture and coaching staff are a big part of effectively dealing with high maintenance players and supposed "team cancers".

Reid has shown time and time again he has no problem giving guys chances and establishing a culture that helps them. Whether its immature pricks like Owens and Kelce, or men convicted of heinous crimes like Vick and Hill, there's been precedent set that Reid will bring and keep you on the team as long as he believes you can help him win football games. The fact that we were outright going to release Peters if we had to should tell you that shit went seriously ****ing south.

It’s interesting to me the lack of demand for a guy like Marcus Peters doesn’t compute with people that the Chiefs aren’t the only team who don’t want him in the locker room.

The Dolphins did the same thing with Jay Ajayi and they were sitting at home watching Ajayi and his supposed character issues win a Super Bowl with the Eagles.

I stated that the Chiefs got a wrist slap on the Smith deal and would not discuss terms and so far there is nothing from the Chiefs, the Rams know the gig and have only hinted at one way flights to LA in 1st class on twitter. The rest is speculation IMHO.

This could have something to do with the response we are seeing (we lost 2 draft picks for tampering with Jeremy Maclin):

I like the fact that you cut out of my response 4 examples of Reid and his staff doing what you are claiming they won't do.

You pointing to TO as an example of Andy Reid working with high maintenance players is ironic because it can be argued that Andy Reid likely missed out on a chance to win a Super Bowl in Philly by NOT trying to make it work with TO after the drama erupted between TO and McNabb.

Introduce yourself to the likes of Lawrence Taylor, Deion Sanders, Charles Haley, Aqib Talib... all high maintenance players who teams successfully worked with and won Super Bowls with.

Very interesting that the same True Fans who regularly interrupt the sanctity of the National Anthem by shouting "Chiefs" towards the end of it, required a detailed explanation from Marcus Peters regarding his reasons for his subtle gestures during the National Anthem.

LOL...from a clown who requires a detailed explanation of who a source is.

Until we find out what the Chiefs got for him, we can only guess.
It might be that the Chiefs asking price was too high.

Wrong dumbshit, I don't care about people's personal sources.

The only "sources" I give credibility to are verified public sources... i.e. Terez Paylor.

Someone's "friend of a friend", I don't care about.

And you can't provide a single verified public source... i.e. a Terez Paylor who has confirmed inside access to the Chiefs to collaborate your bullshit.

Hey 88...Terez Paylor called...he says he isn't your friend, so there verified source has confirmed you have no friend.

Yes but I think the Smith trade was laid out as "don't do it again"

Looks like you need some better sources. Good prediction, dumbshit.

By that logic, Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl and is a better quarterback than Dan Marino. Glad we got that squared away as you cherrypick all that you can. Convicts ahead of Catholics - the ‘U’ tradition!
