LMAO Are you seriously going to sit here and try to pretend that Peters doesn't have a glaring attitude problem? He's been unceremoniously dumped from 2 teams now, one college and one professional.

88 is very much like Peters, except for the talent part.

Chiefs are certainly going all-in on the idea the problem on D last year was the players (talent/attitude). The D last year was broken, and if you retain your D coordinator, the only other rational course of action is to blow up the roster.

Complete bullshit from a complete ****ing idiot.

There was plenty of evidence of fans shit-talking Peters before his play started to slip. And it was obvious that Peters was very bothered by it. Against Washington, very early in the season, he told his own fans to shut the **** up. This was our 2nd home game and we were undefeated.

It's probably because we got dick and they are stringing it along.

They are just waiting for George to pay for his season tickets, then they will let us know.

The deal is already made and announced, that is what could be considered tampering. No?

It’s tampering because the new league year hasn’t begun.

It would be the same as an agent or player communicating with a GM or coach about playing for a new team during the Dead Period.

The problem may be gone, but underlying problems still exist.

Peters is a loose cannon. Throwing the flag in the stands is inexcusable. But anyone else sick of us getting pushed around? Deep down inside, wasn't it refreshing to see us stand up for ourselves?

Peters going after coaches is unacceptable. But isn't there a part of us that wishes our players would be more vocal about bad coaching? Doesn't Houston ever bitch about his role? If Romo can see obvious scheme gaps, don't our D players feel it? Shouldn't Alex have pushed back on terrible second half scheme? Yet, Sutton never adjusted the scheme. Reid never forced Sutton to change and in fact strongly defended him and blamed problems on player talent. Either the players aren't speaking up, or the coaches aren't listening. Both are worrisome.

And whether we like it or not, this experience sends red flags to any player with attitude or strong outside views that KC is not a place for them. And I'm not crazy about going back to the boy scout route.

He overreacted big time. But isn't there a part of everyone that wishes our players talked more shit and pushed back on dumb coaching decisions instead of just blindly marching into slaughter? I love Houston, DJ and Berry to death, but they are not players who do that.

Unless sizable upgrades are made, those guys are gonna get torched.

Fix the front 7 and the secondary ain’t so bad.

First and foremost, Chiefs need a passrush. Rebuilding the Dline and the line backing corps should be priority #1.

Smart organizations think logically where you build the defense from front to back and not the other way around.

The deal is done but can’t be announced until March 14.

This should be a sticky.
