Holland for closer.

Make him take a Greyhound home

Why is this guy the Royals closer again? Seems like Holland would be the better choice, Broxton just does not seem to have it.

Still early . LOL.

Amazing how he looked awesome before the error, and completely fell apart after. And some people would believe there is not some intangible mental aspect to the game.

3 years from now we'll be going like "remember when Broxton hit two guys in extra innings to lose the game?" |

I just have no words for what I just saw. Watched for 4 hours to see it end like that? Gotta be some kind of record. |
Eh, 3-3 to open on the road isn't terrible.

If he lets an error shake him up like that, he probably shouldn't be your closer. Lacks the mental toughness. |

If this was true, I can't think of a situation where a player should ever be blamed for a loss. Broxton is not 20. As far as I'm concerned, aside from perhaps deciding on Broxton over Holland or Crow in spring, Ned Yost did absolutely nothing wrong whatsoever. |

****ing lame. Had to watch the ESPN Gamecast as I'm at work; it showed up with 2 straight HBP, and I thought it was a mistake for sure on ESPN's end.
