I agree. If he's healthy, let him play a few series. If he's still significantly dinged, let him have a week to recover and then give him a full (preseason game 3) load the next week.

they are building this team around Jamaal's superior skills. he needs to be in this all pre season long if they are going to be any good this season.

from what I saw last friday, this WR/TE group is going to take time to get the PB to a point where the team can rely less on Jamaal.

You don't play them a ton in preseason to make it even worse.
Not even if hes dinged? Frank Gore almost never plays in the preseason. I could see sitting him out this week, and playing him with the starters in week 3, and then sitting him week 4 as all the starters will sit anyways.
