I don't think it's a bad moves from the Rams. They're a hell of a lot more likely to succeed with a franchise qb than they are with a bunch of good players and no qb. This is the anti-Hunt family approach to building an NFL team.

They may be wrong about the QB they choose, but ultimately if the goal is a serious SB contender, they won't be any further from their goal for swinging and missing.

No one in the NFL is touching Harbaugh with a 10 foot pole until he shows some stability in a coaching job. He single-handedly destroyed the 49ers organization. Granted, jed york is on pace to become the next Al Davis.

Personally, I think he and his wife just want stability and are going to stay put in Michigan for quite a long time. That was way too much drama for one family to handle. Ann Arbor loves him too much to not let him have what he wants, unlike Stanford who wouldn't succumb to all his control freak needs.

Agreed. Trent Balke destroyed the Niners not Harbaugh. Balke wanted to start calling the shots and Harbaugh said no and the GM won and the Niners and fans lost.
