I believe he thinks his talent is wasted right now with KC while he is young. So he is disrespecting fans, the organization, and now the refs, to try to get out of KC. He's already proved to everyone he CAN be a good, respectable, CB when he wants to be.

His disrespect will only get worse as a Chief until he is traded or dropped.
