Jamaal Charles was a damn good out of that. Albert was solid. That would be a tough one.

That's something this D has been missing aside from Sorenson (whose routine mediocreness nullifies it).

Clark's value needs to be better than Houston,Ford, and a 1st round pick.

Are you mental? Houston was going to cost $22 million or something. Dee Ford was going to coast $17 million.

A #29 pick was not going to wreck worlds right out of the gate.

You're not really this stupid are you?

Disagree. Cleveland, apparently, is absolutely cool with it and is ascending.

Honest questions.

What would you have given up to move to the top 15 in this draft? Would this year’s first and next year’s second be too much?

If you did that and drafted exactly Frank Clark, would you be satisfied with the pick?

Ok. So Frank Clark is worth as much as Houston,Ford and a 1st round pick? Impressive.

You mean the one trick pony Ford, and the declining Houston who we were paying a ton to?

Wait, what? A 1st and one of our 2nd round picks for this guy? That's like what you give up to get a total stud. I admit I don't watch much of the NFC, but is this guy that good? C'mon CP, sell this deal to me. PLEASE

HE A STUD

Jamaal was the Chiefs' first of the three 3rd round picks. Would have likely been available at the Chiefs pick at 76. Allen was essentially traded for Albert, Morgan, and Cottam

Veach'd

Someone within the KC organization is working on yet another Mahomes/Veach propaganda piece.

It would take more than that to get into the Top 15...

I think most would, although I would have preferred to stay at 29. I think the contract is a big part of it in that it prevents us from using that money to acquire/keep other needed talent.

That being said, I'm ok with the trade. We still have holes to fill, though.

There's people who hate this move but loved having Eric Hicks as a starter. Logic left Chiefs Kingdom decades ago.
