You aren’t going to get any reliable information from Andy. It’s all coach speak.

Only time I have ever seen PM get mad.
I would think more mad at the situation than a person

He was pretty pissed in the Raiders game early in the season. I thought he was going to fight someone.

Never expected anything more from him. That’s not his style.

Personally, I didn't expect ANYTHING from Reid until Wednesday.

I almost forgot about that. What was he mad about in that game?

Some interesting points. These hip drop tackles might go the way of horse-collar tackles.

They've already done so much to put the defense at a disadvantage. If they keep taking options out of the defensive strategy it will end up as 2 hand touch.

Oh for sure, not trying to insinuate any kind of rift

Pat knows that was the only call to make

Thanks for posting this information.

Years back the horse collar tackle combined with the drop hip was almost a sure way to injure a player and get them out of the game. I know I am biased in protecting Patrick Mahomes, but it is hard to believe that DE Arden Key did not do this on purpose.

Watching the replay, and it's painful to watch... The defender doesn't make any effort to prevent it. Mahomes had clearly released the ball and the player drug him down from behind falling on his legs. Not really a lot different than the horse collar which was made illegal (yet players still do it).

If it was a Jaguars player with Trevor Lawrence, I have a feeling the Jaguars guy would have found a way to avoid landing on Trevor's ankle. He was looking down before making contact with Mahomes' ankle.

The Jags lost the benefit of the doubt with me after the head hunting in the first game and the cheap shot on Henne on the next series.

The Spoken needs to just stop speaking. That's the dumbest shit i've read all day, and i was browsing the Bills forum.

The Franchise 01-23-2023 07:15 PM

The Spoken is a horrible podcast.

Chris Meck 01-23-2023 07:21 PM

Andy's not going to say shit no matter what. Why give a head's up? Better to keep the Bengals guessing.
