Maybe they are dropping this type of information too late (making it up as they go along), but Negan did seem hesitant when he asked Gabriel "have you ever seen one of your people get sick from this?" as they were about to do the guts trick.

But yeah, this would have become an issue at some point before now. In 28 Days Later they had people turn just from getting zombie blood in their eye or mouth, and that was a major plot point.

Caught up to the comics. I really hope they keep the show going because there's great stuff coming.

I also think it's ****ing stupid as all getout that they killed off Carl, knowing what's coming.

I actually enjoyed last night... Simon is turning on Negan like I thought he would, we were introduced to the nice new lady, Rick and Negan had a nice little showdown 'take your hands off her!' lulz

I am with you on this. One of my favorite eps in a long time. Loved the pace of the episode and the main players involved. Waiting for the Simon/Negan showdown. Also interested to see what Jadis has in store for Negan.

Can someone tell me how Trash lady, who has no scouts, knew exactly which window Negan would crawl out of and be able to get him into a car and drive away in the 15 seconds it took Rick to beat off those walkers? He didn't even see or hear the car... I'm guessing in addition to having helicopters she is also friends with Barry Allen.

That was actually a really good episode. Loved the Rick/Negan fight scene with the flaming bat.

I wish they'd just stick to the comics, though.

I'm not 100% sure but I think they're setting up the New World Order people. That's what that smelled like to me.

Soap opera storytelling there.
