you mean the 5 dropped td's. Again, another gift

Not true. Chiefs beat your ass even with taking the foot off the gas. If the game was called correctly you don't even score and KC gets another TD on the phantom hold on the Rice TD.

I have the Chiefs at 24-3 on legit points

You mean 26. Ravens got away with a blatant tripping penalty on Chris Jones in the Baltimore end zone. Should have been a Safety and possession of the ball for KC.

Wasn't a gift when Sneed took your rookie's lunch money in this game.

Forced error.

And look who he has beaten in the playoffs so far…

Ryan Tannehill and CJ Stroud (talented yes, but still a rookie).

That’s a better list than the QBs Allen has beaten in the playoffs.

It’s a crazy era we are witnessing - bunch of long suffering AFC franchises all have the best players in their franchise history at the same time.

KC with Mahomes.
Buffalo with Allen.
Cincy with Burrow.

You can argue Lamar for Baltimore, Herbert in LA. Now it’s Stroud in Houston.

And one MFer is preventing the rest from accomplishing the ultimate goal, in many of those franchises’ case, winning their first ever Super Bowl.

That has to be so brutal to deal with and thank goodness it’s the Chiefs doing the damage. Can you imagine Mahomes being like 80-90% of what he is and not being able to win it all because Allen was constantly in the way?

I’d probably lose my mind too. LMAO

The Bengals had their shot. They were winning in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl two years ago.

There are definite similarities between the Chiefs, Bengals, Bills. All three went about 20 to 30 years between playoff wins. All small market teams. All are now contenders because they drafted a franchise QB. That's the blueprint for many other long suffering franchises to follow.

The Chiefs aren't always going to hold these other franchises down. Bad bounces, injuries, free agency, etc. Shit happens even if you have Mahomes. That's why it's so important to capitalize on these SB chances when they came.

I actually have us beating you 26-3 now. Forgot the safety. Chiefs also forced a fumble the refs wrongly blew early so I might have KC at 33-3...oof

I actually think the play calls were pretty good given how much green grass was available on almost every single pass play. Lamar just wouldn’t take it. He wanted to prove himself as a passer but he also just looked kind of slow, like he didn’t trust his speed, which definitely looked a bit slower than we are used to.

Bengals shit their pants against a Rams team the Chiefs would have beaten.

Joe is a choker. Has he ever played well in the 4th quarter in the big game.

Your guys choked. Period.

The refs miss things every game - and they missed plenty that would have benefitted The Chiefs, too.

Blaming the refs is for losers.

Exactly.

KC dominated that game from start to finish. The only drives that didn't end in a punt ended in disaster in the red zone. There really isn't a week's worth of conversation to have about this game. I'm shocked this thread is still breathing...

With Burrow returning they know the #1 seed is going to be a bitter distant memory. Hell, a home playoff game just might be in that division. They really did completely shit the bed.

And it wasn't even a debatable game.

The coaching staff completely blew it. Lamar played horrible like he always does and like he always does he cost his team the game. It's the same as always only this time the OC/HC jumped on board with the bed shitting as well.

Watch out for Houston as they continue to build the roster around CJ Stroud. That team is potentially gonna be a Top 2 seed next season. It’s very possible Baltimore will find themselves on the road against Houston next year instead of a home game against the Texans.
