Are you suggesting that Barca should be fined for the players' comments? SO, if D Bowe says... I'd love Drew Brees to come sign with the Chiefs... the Chiefs should be fined? Come'on, that's ridiculous.

Yes, when you make a bid that is rejected with a "this player is not for sale", and then employees of your club, including both presidents, continue to talk about bringing the player over, that's tampering. Type "Xavi Fabregas", "Pique Fabregas", or "Rosell Fabregas" into google news and find the last article of them talking about Cesc's DNA, or heart, or recently worn shoes. And those are just a few examples. Nearly half the team has homoerotic lust for Cesc quotes out there. It's clear tapping up, and scum behavior regardless.

That settles the matter: I am not an Arsenal fan. I don't envy the position that they are in but I don't see anything from Barca players that is "scum behavior." That kind of hyperbole is unfortunate.

Eh, whatever. It's not just my opinion. Certain clubs are notorious for transfer crap like this, and Bara is one of them.

They are just to NY Yankiesh. I grew tired.

I like Aston Villa, but not enough to claim them as my team.

My team will be wherever Landon Donovan goes.

And, that is what I remembered telling you. Welcome to the right side. Just don't call the scumbag spurs your team because I'd have to take matters into my own hands...LMAO

Arsenal did not say he wasn't for sale.. they were simply not taking Barca's first bid... I still don't see any "scumbag" behavior when a player that GREW UP in the Barca system wants to return home and other players voice the opinion that they'd love to have him.

So, let me get this clear... you want to fine Barca for the PLAYERS' comments?

Arsenal Football Club have today released the following statement about Cesc Fabregas:

"Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas is under contract with the Club until the summer of 2015. He is a highly-valued member of the team and part of our future plans.

"We have followed recent speculation linking Cesc with a move away from the Club but as there has never been any official approach for him, only two informal exchanges, in which we made it abundantly clear that we have no interest in transferring Cesc, we have refrained from publicly passing comment. However, yesterday evening we received an offer from Barcelona for Cesc and in response, we immediately and resolutely told them once again that we have no intention of selling our captain.

"To be clear, we will not make any kind of counterproposal or enter into any discussion. Barcelona have publicly stated that they will respect our position and we expect that they will keep their word."

Yeah. 100% agree. Historically, though, the Dutch have always had better teams. This is Spain's golden generation. Every generation in Netherlands is golden. :D

NO ONE really believed that was anything more than an attempt to drive up the price. EVERYONE is for sale in the EPL, just a matter of price.
