I disagree. This episode reminded me of The Fly from Breaking Bad-- a ton of character development (a heavy, almost deliberate push for Michonne), and an "evening of the playing fields" between Rick and the Governor with the newly acquired arms.

This episode was meh, but the next one looks better.

Losing Dale was the worst thing that happened in this show. I also feel it was necessary, because Dale represented the old humanity pre zombie.

No room for that in the new world.

Yeah, and they even had Carl tell Rick "She's one of us."

It was a little heavy handed, but I enjoyed it.
