Some of the ones on broadcasts are laughably off.

They have tried it out in a very limited fashion in some semi-pro games and it worked fairly well. Honestly, even if it isn't that accurate can it be worse than the human umpires at this point?

I've seen some where a ball in the dirt split the line at the bottom of the zone.

I'd much rather the MLB actually hold umpires accountable and start firing the known disasters like Hernandez, West, etc...
