Or you could mix it with Coke Zero and come out the same.

If we're doing a meal round-up, I've had one whole egg + two egg whites (scrambled), an orange and two bananas each with about a teaspoon of brown sugar, and I'm about to have a cup of sliced strawberries and 6 oz of yogurt.

Which is probably why I keep getting so hungry at night.

Broke fast with leftover Tom Ka Tofu soup. Also had a couple of handfuls of dried mixed fruit for dessert.

are you doing protein drinks yet?! I wish you'd look into EAS AdvantEdge's - DAMMIT! Those are only 100 cals. per pop. Damned tasty and GREAT to swig if you're having a craving attack.

Thanks!

Recommendation: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. It tastes like SHIT. God, I wanted to retch.

Ha! So, Silock is your leader around here... I see.

Pretty cool routine. My routine is actually quite similar now that the weather is warmer. I play racquetball rather than soccer and I mountain bike rather than spinning class. I told myself I would try spinning this winter to keep my legs in shape for spring, but too many r-ball tounaments kept me from doing it.

This seems like a really cool thread to keep everyone focused and motivated. I'm glad I found it.
