Right or wrong?

Fisher is playing like ass.

You won't find a post with me saying I wanted Fisher, except over Joeckel.

LMAO

You are proof positive that there are people obsessed with winning "my way" vs winning.

Yes Geno has played better than Fisher 3 games into their careers.

**** I guess we are screwed.

BigMeatballDave 09-25-2013 06:19 PM

Search my posts back before the Chiefs traded for Alex.

I wanted Geno.

I don't hate Geno at all. I just wish you guys would let him go.

Scorned lovers...

BigMeatballDave 09-25-2013 06:21 PM

As I have mentioned before, this Geno stuff has a lot to do with being right.

I wanted us to trade for Alex Smith. I also didn't want that move to prohibit us from continuing to search high and low for a guy that can take the job from him at some point.

I have hundreds of posts detailing how I wanted Alex AND Geno.

I even wanted Geno to sit this year and learn behind Alex.

Your reading comprehension and understanding of the discussion as a whole has always been terrible.

And you've always been a front runner, gobbling up the goo of whatevers popular at the time.

Great, solid point.

Tom Brady had guys drop WAY more passes than Geno that game. Your 3-0 argument was ****ing awful.

Being right that teams that hit on high picks at QB have a huge window in which to win with that guy, yes.

You're goddamned right it does. People certainly took the opportunity to shit on the Geno supporters after he went in the second round, presumably due to intangible issues that none of us draftabulators were privvy to. These people didn't man up and put their balls on the band saw before the draft. They just sit back and take pot-shots at those of us who have enough testicular fortitude to have an opinion without the benefit of hindsight.

BigMeatballDave 09-25-2013 06:33 PM

No. I mean that you guys want so desperately to be right.

I'm not talking about the team.

I'm talking about your egos.

Yeah, I just follow the popular perception...

I'm sorry I hurt your feelings and I'll give you a chance to redeem yourself over time.

I've got my eyes on you.

That's silly.

Most of us that have the balls to offer our opinions before a mass perception has taken place, stick to those opinions because we formed them through our own digestion of information.

That doesn't mean we don't watch the Chiefs game these guys chose to put together and get excited, but with different parameters.

It's silly? Really? Then explain why you are arguing in defense of Geno.
