As I have mentioned before, this Geno stuff has a lot to do with being right.

I wanted us to trade for Alex Smith. I also didn't want that move to prohibit us from continuing to search high and low for a guy that can take the job from him at some point.

I even wanted Geno to sit this year and learn behind Alex.
