I ate at Crosstown BBQ in Springfield today. Not as good as Gates but their burnt ends are pretty damn tasty.

Just had a Ham and Cheese sandwhich over whole grain bread with some Sun Chips.

Arby's 5 for $6.95. 2 Arby's melts, 1 ham melt, 1 order of fries, and 1 order of cheese sticks.
They took the milk shake off of the 5 for $6.95 menu. This was quite disappointing. |
I had a thing of yogurt for lunch today. Not very filling but I'm trying to get back into bikini body shape.
