@ArrowheadPride Chiefs have a player in the building taking a physical (not Thomas Jones related). Stay tuned... 19 minutes ago via web

Rumor I heard is that Quinn is getting traded.

Dude....if Quinn is released (which I doubt)....I would think that Weis would be wanting to sign him immediately.

Take it FWIW....I mean it's Arrowhead Pride.

Thomas Jones Is Still In Kansas City

Kansas City Chiefs GM Scott Pioli was on 610 Sports with Nick Wright this morning and Wright didn't waste anytime with the question we're all wondering:

What's going on with Thomas Jones?

Per Pioli, Jones is still in Kansas City visiting.

Previous reports indicated that he would be coming to town on Monday so, if that's the case, Jones has been there for more than a day.

And if that is indeed the case, I think that's a good sign for the Chiefs. Why else would he stay in town unless both sides were interested in getting a deal done?

The Chiefs are also reportedly hosting former Raiders RB Justin Fargas this evening.

Stay tuned....

Apparently Jim Sorgi likes the Manning family.

Peyton's backup of 6 yrs, Jim Sorgi, now a Giant and will compete with Rhett Bomar for same role behind Eli.

I'm beginning to think he could be a product of Archie's demon seed.

Feel free to point to any visits he made, or even any speculative reports of another team being interested in him.

He tested the market, realized there was no interest, and signed here.

Pretty simple.

Because he wanted to re-sign with KC. Tell me this, could any team benefit from Chris Chambers?

If he really wanted to re-sign in KC, why didn't he do it two months ago? A month ago? A day before FA opened?

Instead, he waits until 3 days into FA to re-sign with the team you claim he wanted to be with all along.

Don't be naive. What's he going to say, "Yeah, I tested the market, and got no interest, so I came back to KC."

**** no. He's going to be a professional and say exactly what he said.

Answer me this: What does Chris Chambers do to help this organization win a Championship.

I can't wait to see this fluff answer.

I think it's hilarious how TRR is pimping Chambers, yet he claims that Cassel had no weapons to work with as an excuse for his shitty play.

Which is it?

Did you get the PM?

You're on the clock in 10 minutes.

I could live with that. With Weis and maybe even Crennel in his corner, Quinn would give us a option to challenge Cassel and still maybe have a shot at Berry.

The Bad Guy 03-09-2010 03:55 PM

If the Chiefs trade for Quinn, they aren't drafting Claussen.

This is ****ing stupid. Considering this will likely be the last new deal Chambers gets, of course he's going to test the waters in UFA.

Your question sucks, too.
