And you also think that every replay clearly showed that Salvy had applied the tag before Altuve touched the plate?

Yes. Especially when you combine all 3 angles it confirmed the tag was made before he touched the plate but whatevah

I wouldn't waste your time.. Omar will tell you he should have made that play.. and he (Omar) will tell you he should make that play 10 out of 10 times.

Jeter plays SS, so no

That's a much easier play for a SS to make because his momentum is going towards where Salvy threw it ... That's an incredibly tough play for any 2nd baseman to make

Rudy tossed tigger's salad 07-01-2015 09:19 PM

Now Rios throwing at Castro. Throw his ass out

penbrook 07-01-2015 09:19 PM

If Esky scoops it he's out

KevB 07-01-2015 09:20 PM

Can Hosmer swing a bat?

From all the inside info I get (exactly 0) he can swing fine, but he can't throw.

He can't grip the bat. That's why he got pulled out of the game in on Sunday.

If that were the case, he'd be DH'ing

It would've been a nice play, but not anywhere as difficult as you dudes are making it out to be. It was either a shit drop or a play where he had his glove too close to the runner where the ball hit the runner/glove at a similar time and bounced out.

Frank White gets that out 17 times out of 20 if not moar.

I love Wade with all my heart.

Ned talked about him doing that a couple of days ago. With the Cain injury and resting of Perez he elected to sit him this series.
