Remember the NBA draft when they spent more time on the social issues than the career?
Listened to a comedian-he said he went on Americas Got Talent Audition. He was told to fill out
problems he had in his life, poor/losing a parent/racial issues. He did not have enough of a sad back story to get moved ahead. They are not concerned about talent.
