The Royals could add Duensing to the active roster tomorrow (Tuesday). I can't see them letting a good left handed reliever get away. Wang's opt out isn't until May 1. He could start in Omaha and be called up if / when any pitching injuries happen in April.

Lol I definitely have it but watching us win a title 11 years ago was cool. At least we got that. We had a good 90 win season in '06 but missed the playoffs. Made it in '08. We're due to make it. We upgraded our infield a lot with Frazier and Lawrie. Rollins has had a great spring. Rotation top 3 is as good as there is. 4-5 suck. Pen is solid. Lineup will be better so we'll see. I still have KC as the favorite and can't understand why projections diss them every year especially in a weak AL.

How are y'all feeling? Good I'd imagine.

Absolutely. I think he would get a spot regardless.

Can't quite believe they will roster Gore this early.

610 made a point about Gore this morning, Gore can win you some games on the base paths. Especially with Dyson out.

I've been looking at the 40 man roster. Without making a coinciding roster move, you're limited to Gore, Bonifacio, Eibner, Martinez, Starling, Cuthbert, Mondesi, or Tores. I've never heard of the last guy but he is on the 40 man roster. Guys like Merrifield, Decker, and Snyder are not.

Ned doesn't really play backup guys very often anyway so it's not like Gore would really be taking anyone else's playing time by being a pinch runner.

Matt Harvey now questionable to start opening day.

I'm glad just because I heard his name enough in game 5 to last 3 lifetimes.

Former Royal LHP Will Smith twisted his knee in the shower and tore a ligament.

What's the word on Jason Vargas? He should be getting close to it being a year since surgery.

Edit: July 22 was when we dl'd him.

He should be available late season, correct?

Yeah. It was like FOX wanted another Madison Bumgarner, but completely forgot that Harvey's team was down 3-1 in the series, and the series had already seen a pitcher throw a complete game. Anti-climactic as ****.

@Royals: #Royals have released P Brian Duensing and Peter Moylan as well as INF Clint Barmes from their minor league contracts.

It's a "non-baseball injury"

Our bros at MetsRefugees and the Mets subreddit are 99% sure it's an STD.

I'll admit, until last Thursday evening, I have not been paying much attention to the Royals, but now that my other boys in blue lost I'm ready to go. Have tickets to opening day on Tuesday (opening NIGHT is on Sunday) and have the Royal's Spring Training hat w/ the crown on top of the KC logo coming to me. Back to back to back World Series. Lets do this

The Royals have lost 18 ST games so far. They'll be mathematically eliminated by the trade deadline. Mother**** this team!
