Eh, whatever. The only clear mistakes were the failure to red card DeJong and the GK instead of corner.

You're going to find a hard time finding too many people sympathetic to the Dutch. Van Bommel and DeJong are both thugs and play with fire every game.

I nearly worship Van Bommel and Robben for being Bayern players :D. I honestly don't care much for the Dutch except for these two players. It could have easily gone either way and I'll be honest, Spain with 8 goals in 7 matches played realistic but boring football. Germany should have won this cup.

He had a clear shot on goal. When you get advantage, you get to take the shot. The ref can't go back and award the pk.

This. I know I'm a n00b when it comes to soccer but if Robben falls down he gets a penalty kick. I think his team suffered more for fighting through it attempting a shot.

Spain wins ugly.

"Blew" for that one may be harsh. But he should have finished one of those two chances. Especially the chance in the 61st minute.

But it wasn't a challenge, it was cardable [Puyols' 2nd] obstruction.

Robben falls, which EVERYONE complains about floppers, and it's a PK and Puyol off, with Spain playing 10 men.
