That's not all of it. It's a part, but the guards don't want to get the ball inside, by either passing or driving. They just want to pass side to side instead of attacking it. There's no drive and dish. There's no moving the zone in and out to create some openings to get the ball inside.

It's just too easy to defend and it's not all Ellis' fault. He needs to be more aggressive in getting position and grabbing rebounds, though.

We just did this two years ago... I think they bottomed out around 18 when they lost to Davidson, and they'll land somewhere around there next week, except they have a tougher end to non-conference this year.

Even if people were saying it could be the best Kansas team ever, I think the important part is COULD BE, such as develop into... everyone has been saying for months they'll be a completely different team when it matters, just like two years ago. Falling a whole 8 spots from preseason through the first week and a half of December isn't unexpected when those rankings are based on potential.

They might be a great team in the making... trying to determine that now is dumb.

That's tough to say. Have you seen the B12 this year? Tough.

KU is going to go from #2 down to #16-#18....that is a nice drop. Has anyone else had such a severe drop this season? I really dont care what you think of the question...there is an answer.

Michigan was 7th and they're not ranked now... it's really not that big of a deal. They were in the same place in mid-December 2 years ago and made it to the NC game. That's how much it matters.

The only reason I brought up the B12 tournament was to clarify my "post season" condition in case you didn't understand it.
