I don't think that's much of a question. Hope they get 2 though.

Yeah, but really that doesn't pertain to this argument. When's the last time a 12 or 13 seed BCS team who went .500 in their conference won a national title?

So, ranking 2009 meltdowns so far:

1. Vitale responds to the omission of Mid Majors
2. 'Hamas' hears about the Cassel trade
3. The Economy

OK, that's funny...

Same here. Wouldn't be surprised if we didn't though. I thought the 07 team had a better shot at the NCAA tournament than this team did, and they ended up a 2 seed in the NIT. I'm guessing around a 4 or 5 seed for KSU in the NIT this year, which would not bode well for getting many home games.

When are tip times decided and posted? I work 8-7 Friday, here's to hoping we play later!

I used to like Bilas, but he did come off as a cockbag during that exchange with Vitale.

I wasn't trying to prove a point, just asking a question. If the NCAA was interested in determining a national champion, the tournament would only be about 32 teams.

The Duke/blue blood/pedigreed attitude definitely came out a bit.

Thought it was funny when Dick Vitale said because Bilas went to Duke he must be smarter than I am. HAHA. I don't even like Vitale's yapper, but that was funny.

Yeah, real solid argument.

Sure, this KU team has been inconsistent this year. Youth will do that, I ues. But I just don't see that kind of thing happening again to a Self coached team. I could be wrong. Has happened before. :)

North Carolina has the easiest bracket. How does that happen ?

I'll take questions that answer themselves for $400.

BWillie 03-15-2009 05:36 PM

Kinda sucks that neither KU or Missouri get to play in KC, but yet Oklahoma does, who KU and MU both beat head to head. KU won conference, MU won the tournament. Oklahoma failed in both. Hilarious.

eazyb81 03-15-2009 05:38 PM

Crap, Digger thinks Mizzou will be the surprise team in the West.

Lzen 03-15-2009 05:38 PM

I just love how ESPN lists KU as Big 12 at large. WTF? How about Big 12 Champion?
