Needs to just bite the bullet and completely upgrade. VB is out of date. Php is out of date. I would guess MySQL is out of date.

If people leave because rep is no longer a thing then they were shit posters we don’t want to begin with.

I would recommend going to Xenforo over new VB.

As I posted earlier, it's a background process - likely related to system backups. As for whether we can do anything about it... :shrug:
