Good point. That said, I'd like to get our defense as close to elite as we can before Bray hits as well.

It's obvious that given the schooling and work, Bray can put a team on his back and make the chicken-salad. If we want to develop another franchise WR, cool. But, it might come about that we can pick up a stud FA in a couple of years too.

If we're picking top 5-10 it makes sense, but I think the elite defensive players at the spots you mentioned will be off the board by the time we're up.

Agreed, but you wanted a generational type DE and he is just that. I would switch to a 4-3 defense if I could get that guy. But he will most likely go #1 overall.

Demetrius Harris (TE) cut by KC. Looks like they may be going with two TEs only or plan on adding a third off waivers. Kelce isn't a guarantee to go against Jax.

What are the odds of us changing scheme for a rookie? What are the odds of us, who have PISSED AWAY THE HOUSE pick-wise, trying to move up to get him?

Zero. If he is as good as advertised he will go #1 and it will cost more than most teams are willing to give up to move up to get him.
