Was able to do my workout today anyway. Felt good to get all the blood flowing around. Front squats at 135 were easy, no pain whatsoever. Did not push it, but that's a good sign.

just finished my ab routine - now I'm going to work out w/ these pathetic dumb bells.
ok well I still feel my rotator strain - Is this normal to take three weeks to get better? Also, It's not that I'm in tremendous pain - it's just annoying knowing I can't go full out - due to it saying 'hello remember me????' - and then the paranoia sets in and you just work out lighter as a result of the piercing fear of re injury. I'm ltd. to 30# dumbbells while physical therapy'ing, I just want my routine back. I can't stop now - |

I'm now down 61lbs as of this morning. 286 to 225.
I need to mix in some weight training though. I've done it all through sit ups, treadmill and diet. Lookin to get to about 190ish. I've done this slowly and correctly, so I don't anticipate putting it back on this time. |

I limit beef lately... Protein drinks galore. If I have soda it's generally a diet Dr Pepper or a diet Muggs rootbeer. Sometimes bananas. I usually stay on these items throughout the week. |
